Game data stays on your device
You do not need an account. Custom boards, computer learning data, and preferences are stored locally. We do not operate a server that receives your moves, custom boards, or AI knowledge. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data according to your device settings.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display banner and interstitial ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices. These services may process IP addresses (which may estimate general location), device and advertising identifiers when permitted, ad interactions, app usage related to advertising, diagnostics, crash information, and performance data. Google uses data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and operate and improve its services.
Ads may be personalized where your permissions and applicable consent allow. On iOS, we request permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. If tracking is denied or restricted, we disable publisher personalization signals and request ads only when Google’s consent system permits. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve data processing. Refusing consent or tracking does not prevent you from playing.

Your choices
- Open About & Privacy → Privacy Choices to review or change regional advertising choices when that entry is available.
- Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can withdraw permission there.
- Delete individual custom boards or reset AI Power in the app. Removing the app from your device removes its local app data; offloading the app may keep data. Backups are managed separately by Apple.
- You can continue playing if ads or consent services are unavailable.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer and investigate your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information. This website does not add advertising or analytics scripts. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which may process connection data such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the service.
Sharing, processing locations, and retention
Advertising requests are sent directly to Google and its applicable advertising partners according to your choices. Website connection data is handled by Microsoft, and support correspondence by our email provider. Data may be processed outside your country. These providers describe their processing and safeguards in their policies, including Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and hosting providers determine retention for data they process under their policies; we do not set a universal retention period for that data.
Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Use the privacy controls above for advertising choices and contact us for data we hold. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting processing already lawfully performed. Where consent is required, we rely on it for the relevant advertising processing. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request, and service security is supported by our legitimate interests where applicable. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Audience
Triangular Nim is a general-audience strategy game and is not directed specifically to children. We do not ask players to submit their age, name, or contact details inside the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes requiring new consent will use the appropriate consent process.
